DESCRIPTION
The evolution of one of the winningest and highest performance shafts in Fujikura history has arrived. The all-new2024 VENTUSis enhanced with new VeloCore+ technology and advanced material designs to offer players even greater performance results than its predecessor.
Based on the game-changing VENTUS Blue initially launched on global tours in 2018, the 2024 VENTUS Blue shaft is a mid-launch/low spin wood shaft with improved feel, consistency and speed for all golfers.
VELOCORE+ is the next generation of Fujikuras ground-breaking proprietary technology. The technology is designed for ultimate clubhead stabilization and promotes consistent center-face contact, tightening dispersion and increasing control of the club throughout the swing. Featuring a re-engineered multi-material bias core, VELOCORE+ enhances the feel and performance of VENTUS with an additional premium bias core material, promoting even tighter dispersion and increased ball speeds.
Fujikura Shaft Profile Guide
The table below shows the stiffness profile across three sections tip, mid, and handle for each Fujikura shaft model. Tip stiffness most directly affects launch and spin. Handle stiffness influences feel and load during the swing.
| Model | Tip | Mid | Handle |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2024 Ventus (VeloCore+) | Ultra-stiff | Stiff | Firm |
| Ventus TR Red | Stiff | Stiff | Ultra-stiff |
| Ventus TR Blue | Ultra-stiff | Stiff | Stiff |
| Ventus TR Black | Ultra-stiff | Stiff | Ultra-stiff |
| Ventus Red | Stiff | Firm | Ultra-stiff |
| Ventus Blue | Ultra-stiff | Stiff | Firm |
| Ventus Black | Ultra-stiff | Stiff | Stiff |
| Speeder NX Blue | Stiff | Stiff | Firm |
| Speeder NX Green | Stiff | Stiff | Stiff |
| Motore X F1 | Stiff | Stiff | Firm |
| Motore X F3 | Stiff | Firm | Medium |
| Air Speeder 40 | Medium | Medium | Soft |
| Vista Pro | Flighted line refer to specs as profiles vary by weight and flex |
Profile stiffness scale from softest to firmest: Soft Medium Firm Stiff Ultra-stiff. Tip stiffness most directly influences launch angle and spin rate. A stiffer tip produces lower launch and lower spin. A softer tip produces higher launch and more spin.

More about Ventus Blue
The Ventus Blue is the most versatile shaft in the Fujikura Ventus lineup a mid-launch, low-spin profile that works across a wider range of swing types than either the Black or Red. It’s the shaft most fitters reach for first when they don’t yet know exactly where a player fits, because it doesn’t push the ball flight in either direction aggressively. If you’re coming from an OEM stock shaft and want more stability and tighter dispersion without locking into a low-launch profile, Blue is usually the right starting point.
Wondering how Ventus Blue compares to Ventus Black, Red, or TR? OurFujikura Ventus shaft guide breaks down every profile side by side so you can shop with confidence.
