The infamous Doc Robbins was born and raised under the 115 sun of Tucson – which is often described as “America’s largest small town” or “the last place to use the bathroom on your way to hell.” He tells tall tales of year-round sunburns, contact burns from automobiles and pavement, swamp coolers that never work in *August*, the kaleidoscope of colors at sunset, being able to see the Milky Way in nighttime sky, walking through the desert to get to school and having a pet jackalope.
“I didn’t hear of spring break until I got to college, they called it ‘rodeo days.'”
