The Mitsubishi Diamana RB is a high launch, mid-high spin driver shaft the highest-launching model in the current Diamana generation and the only Diamana profile built around an active tip section. It features a medium-plus handle for smooth loading, a medium-plus mid section that provides controlled stability through the downswing, and a medium tip that allows the head to work actively at impact to produce the elevated ball flight the RB is built around. Mitsubishi engineered the RB with the same premium material package as the rest of the Diamana 6th Generation lineup 80-ton DIALEAD pitch fiber in the butt section, high-modulus fiber angle plies to reduce torque, and Xlink Tech resin while specifically tuning the bend profile to promote ease of launch and more carry distance. Best suited for swing speeds between 85 and 105 mph who want the smooth, classic Diamana feel with a noticeably higher and more workable ball flight.

Compared to the Diamana BB (mid launch, mid spin), the RB produces a meaningfully higher ball flight with slightly more spin making it the better fit for players who find the BB doesn’t generate enough carry height or who need a more workable, higher-launching trajectory. Compared to the Diamana WB and Diamana PD (both low launch, low spin), the RB is at the opposite end of the Diamana spectrum if you’ve been fit into a Diamana and told you need more height, the RB is where to look. Compared to the Diamana GT (low-to-mid launch, ultra-stiff handle), the RB has a softer, more forgiving overall profile suited for players with a smoother or more moderate tempo.
