Dyeing fabrics is highly polluting, since it requires a great deal of water, chemicals, and energy. And yet we love colour! So to limit its impact, this product was dyed using a “Cold Pad Batch” process. This is a room-temperature colouring process that uses less energy and thus emits less CO2. It also consumes less water than standard dyeing processes. And that’s better, isn’t it?
